"Where do you get the fish you use in your jewelry?"
The fish used in RobinCharlotte Jewelry are collected from local pet shops as they naturally pass away.
"What is the estimated shipping and handling time?"
If your item is not made to order and in stock (which will be noted in the listing)- For Priority Mail your item should arrive in approx. 5-10 business days. Express-approx. 2 business days
"What if MY fish dies? Do you do custom orders? "
Of course we do! If your fish dies, immediately take him out of the water, put him in a zip lock bag and into the freezer. Next contact us to find out the best way to get your fish to Robin based on your location.
